How do I get involved with the board?

Board members are elected to two year terms at the annual homeowners meeting. Open positions can be filled at any time by the current Board of Directors. Shed requirements and request / approval

Sheds must be approved by the architectural control committee (ARC) as described in the HOA Covenants


What are the annual dues, how do I pay, and what are they used for?

Annual dues are $100.00. They can be paid online or by mail.

For online payment (preferred), please select “Pay Dues” at the top of the page. After adding dues to cart, use the cart icon at the top of the page to return to the cart and checkout.

For payment by mail, please make checks out to Shannon Oaks HOA and mail to the treasurer: Shannon Oaks HOA c/o Phillip Schulte, 1979 Kerry Dr NE, Rochester, MN 55906

Dues contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of signage and common areas in the neighborhood. For details on where money is spent, please see the attached financial statements.
